Several years ago, when Lucy was first beginning to struggle with her mental health, it was a confusing time for all of us. We didn't know who to talk to or where to get help or how to talk about it or even if we should talk about it. Since then, we have learned of the various resources available to both sufferers and their families, both local and national. We have found support from friends and family as well as the online community. The most important thing we have learned is to not be afraid.
Be brave, get help and talk about it.
